TURMERIC MATTERS



Turmeric is an anti-inflammatory spice which is known to combat Cancer cells and reduce inflammation within the body. It works great for joint pain, arthritis, acne, boils, IBS, colitis, and other inflammatory conditions. Taking turmeric will heal IBS symptoms within weeks. If you want to save money, you can buy Turmeric in bulk at any Indian grocery store and take it by the teaspoon full. Put a teaspoon full of turmeric into a few ounces of water (or with milk) and stir until smooth, drink down quickly. Depending upon the level of inflammation within your body, you may have to repeat this a few times per day. If you begin to get a headache or dizzy from taking turmeric, reduce (scale back) the dosage as this just means that you are detoxing (getting removed from toxins) too fast.
